Ot Formations

Founded by Didier Pesoni in 2006, OT Formations provides pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals with training on how to use, prescribe, and provide advice about essential oils.

OT Formations is an independent training company accredited by Reunion Island’s Department of Labor (DDTE).

Our courses offer scientific content in line with health authority directives, enabling healthcare professionals to safely use essential oils once they have completed training with us.

At OT formations we have more than 14 years’ experience in aromatherapy training for pharmacists.

5 training modules are on offer, providing you with the theoretical and practical skills for science-based use of essential oils:

1 – Aromatherapy available from pharmacies and healthcare professionals, Part 1
2 – Aromatherapy available from pharmacies and healthcare professionals, Part 2
3 – General over-the-counter consultations
4 – Over-the-counter dermatological & skincare consultations
5 – Veterinary aromatherapy

Training may be reimbursed by French training funds such as
FIF PL, Fafpm, and Opco

Our training courses have been approved by the High Council of the French Society of Pharmacists, as well as the French Managing Body for Continuing Professional Development (OGDPC) and the French National Agency for Continuing Professional Development (ANDPC).

They are quality certified by the French national organization for standardization (AFNOR), and are designed to provide health professionals with all the answers they need to practice aromatherapy.

* For the year 2021, the satisfaction index of the participants in the OT Aromatherapy trainings :
97% of the participants considered themselves “very satisfied with the training”,
3% of participants were “satisfied” with the training
(% of feedback from the post-training satisfaction survey,
i.e. 163 people very satisfied and 5 people satisfied, no negative feedback).
